Today has been a very looooong day..I am finally home and relaxing now though.=) The other day I discovered that there are several new Gorjuss stamps out now! How this info got past me is just baffling lol I am usually on top of things like this..especially if it's Gorjuss!! Anywho, I just HAD to order a few of them and wanted to let you guys know so you can get them too! You can get them from susanascustomartandcarddesign.com aswell as icopic.com..they are both in the US which I know has been an issue for some people in the past..I used to order all my gorjuss stamps from the UK but not anymore.=) Anywho..go check them out they are sooooo adorable and perfect for Christmas cards! I have decided to make more cards this year than normal. After getting to know so many new people through youtube, I thought it would be fun to send them cards this year too. So I am trying to get a head start.=) Thanks for stoppin by and have a great evening! Hugs

Hello everyone,I hope you are all enjoying your weekend! I just have a quick card share for you today. I made this card for my bff, we've been friends since kindergarten and although we haven't seen eachother in 10 years we still keep in touch and I've always sent her a b-day card. For this card I used my "Special Autumn" TGF stamp and the new MME lost and found two "Sunshine" paper pad (which I'm in love with) I don't usually use such muted colors for birthday cards but this paper is just so adorable I HAD to use it=) I used the labels 2 and 4 spellbinders dies aswell as the mini rolled rose dienamics die from MFT and my viva decor pearl pen in cream to add the pearl accents. And of course I had to use my new twine from the twinery in brown and sew around the edges. Well thanks for stoppin by and have a great day!

Today I have a card to share with you that I created for the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge..Here is the inspiration photo and the card I made..I was very inspired by this color combo and even more by the texture combo. I used kraft cardstock for the base and splattered blue paint to add interest. I used the woodgrain screenprint from hambly, die-cut it and popped it up to give dimention and to create a bit of a shadow effect. The stamp I used is from the PS friendly flowers set and I colored it with my prisma colored pencils. I added a bit of bling on the top and bottom of the die cut shape and viola! I hope you enjoyed seeing my card and go check out http://www.papersmoochesstamps.com/

There are so many great layouts from the design team..and also my very first DT project=) This month's prompt was "vacation" either one you've taken or would like to take..and it was a challenge for me to pick which to do..Hubby and I have been wanting to go to Colorado (where I'm orginally from) and maybe stay in a cabin somewhere and just chillax and maybe do some snowboarding..but I decided to save that LO for when it actually happens;) So I went with the already taken vacation pic..Laguna Beach..We stopped there shortly one afternoon during our annual New Family Vacation to California..and I was in complete Heaven..ahhh I can almost hear the waves again.. Anywho..go check out my LO and all the other great ones too! Thanks for stoppin by..have a great evening!
